Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver exceptional service will contribute to the success of our restaurant. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience - Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Process payments, handle cash, and operate the Aloha POS system - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Experience: - Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus At our restaurant, we offer competitive pay rates, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
